Located just 7 miles from Disney World, this stylish and spacious 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom pool home features 2 king suites, 2 lounge areas, a games room and a west-facing private pool with conservation views and no rear neighbors! It is located on the highly-desirable gated resort of Paradise Palms with amazing onsite facilities including a clubhouse, a resort-style communal pool, a movie theater, gym, tennis court, volleyball, arcade and games room, kids’ play area and more.
The home accommodates a maximum of 12 guests plus a baby. It has an open-plan living space with lounge area overlooking the pool deck with a chaise sofa and large SMART flat screen TV. The formal dining area has a large dining table with benches and is located right next to the spacious kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, kettle, utensils, crockery etc. There is also an island with bar stools.
Sliding doors lead out to the beautiful west-facing pool deck with private pool and spa (pool/spa heat is an optional extra) and conservation views – no rear neighbors! There is a shaded dining area plus comfortable seating and loungers. There is also a pool safety fence for families with children.
There is a stylish queen bedroom located on the ground/first floor with a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Next door is a family bathroom with a tub/shower, WC and sink.
Head upstairs to the second lounge area with leather sofas and SMART flat screen TV. On the upper floor you will find two beautiful king bedroom suites, two twin bedrooms and a queen bedroom.
Both king suites are stylish and spacious with flat screen TVs, ceiling fans and en suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has an en suite with twin sinks, WC, walk-in shower and separate tub. Bedroom 2 has an en suite with twin sinks, WC and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4 is an attractive beach-themed queen bedroom with flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Bedroom 5 is a stylish twin room with ceiling fan and flat screen TV. There is a family bathroom located between bedrooms 4 and 5 with sink, WC and tub/shower.
Bedroom 6 has a cool superhero theme with ceiling fan and flat screen TV. There is a family bathroom with sink, WC and tub/shower right next door.
The garage has been converted into a fun games room with table tennis and table football.
The property includes a pack & play and highchair for babies. It has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and a laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. There is parking for 1-2 vehicles in the driveway. Additional cars can park in any unnumbered parking spaces in front of the home.
This beautiful home is a short drive to the resort’s fantastic clubhouse which includes an amazing resort-style swimming pool, loungers and seating areas, a kids’ pool, a gym, an arcade and games room with table tennis and pool table, a convenience store and coffee shop, 50-seat cinema with daily show times, tennis court and a kids’ play area. It is 1400 meters/less than a mile to drive and park at the clubhouse, or there is a walking trail through the community to the clubhouse (800 meters).
