This exceptional pool home has been recently restyled throughout. It is situated in the gated community of West Haven, just moments from the ChampionsGate dining/shopping area, plus it's just 11 miles to Disney World. With 4 bedrooms (2 king suites), 2 lounge areas, 3.5 bathrooms, a retro games room, private pool deck plus balcony, this home is ideal for your next vacation!
This beautiful two-story pool home is situated on a large corner lot in the gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven. It has 4 bedrooms (2 king suites), 3.5 bathrooms, two lounge areas and a large games room.
The west-facing pool deck is very private and is the perfect spot for soaking up the Florida sunshine after a long day at the theme parks. Enjoy relaxing in the private pool (pool heating is an additional fee). It has a screened lanai with a shaded dining area to seat 8, plus 4 sun loungers by the pool. There's also a pool safety fence for those with young children.
Sliding doors lead to the pool deck from the recently restyled living room with sofas, a 55" Smart TV, wooden floor and open floor plan. There is a well-equipped newly remodeled kitchen with oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils etc. There is also a breakfast bar with stools and a nook area with seating for four. Right next door is a stylish second dining area to seat 4.
There is a second lounge area at the front of the home with comfortable seating and a flat screen SMART TV (bring your own game console). This room is perfect for teens or kids and is a great gathering space to play board games or puzzles. The home contains cabinets of games, puzzles, toys and books for all ages.
The home features TWO large master king bedrooms. The first features a private balcony, perfect for watching the sunset. It has a king bed, flat screen SMART TV and an en suite bathroom with a large tub, shower, twin sinks and 2 walk-in closets.
The second master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen SMART TV and en suite bathroom with tub/shower.
There are two stylish twin bedrooms - including a fun superhero themed room! - and both rooms have SMART TVs.
There is a family bathroom with tub/shower. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor.
The upstairs laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The garage has been converted into a luxury games room complete with a pool table, foosball and seating. There are strollers and a bike in the garage that you are free to borrow during your stay.
The home has air conditioning throughout, free WiFi, ROKU Live TV (plus log in to your favorite streaming apps) and local calls. There is a travel cot/pack and play and a high chair for families with babies.
