This stunning brand new townhome has a contemporary décor throughout, a private splash pool with a conservation view (no rear neighbors!), a large balcony and 3 bedrooms - one is a fantastic Harry Potter themed kids' room! - and each bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
The stylish open-plan living area has a sofa, a large flat screen ROKU SMART TV and sliding doors out to the pool terrace with conservation views.
The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with bar stools. It is fully equipped for at-home dining with a dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils etc.
The dining area seats 4 and is conveniently located next to the kitchen and breakfast bar with 4 stools.
Also on the ground level is an attractive queen bedroom with a ROKU SMART TV and direct access to a bathroom with a shower, sink and WC.
On the upper level you will find the beautiful master suite with a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ROKU SMART TV and a private balcony with views over the conservation area. The en suite bathroom is spacious with twin sinks, a shower and WC.
The third bedroom has a magical Harry Potter decor! This room comes with a bunk bed for two kids, plus a single bed, ROKU SMART TV and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower, sink and WC.
After a long day at the attractions, you will love heading home to enjoy your own private splash pool! The screened-in pool deck has conservation views, loungers and comfortable seating.
The dip pool has a seating bench and can be heated (paid optional extra). A pool safety fence is also provided for families with small children.
This home includes resort-style amenities including a clubhouse with a gym, games room, swimming pool with sun loungers, a jacuzzi and a kids’ play area. This beautiful home really does have everything you need for an incredible Orlando vacation!
This property has air conditioning throughout, Wifi and free local calls, a high chair and travel cot (pack and play). This home has streamed cable TV via the Spectrum app that is installed on the lounge TV only. All the TVs are ROKU so there are plenty of free streaming channels included plus you can use your own subscriber accounts. There is a laundry closet with a washer, dryer plus ironing equipment. There is an allocated parking space in front of the home, plus you can park in any unnumbered spaces.
