Very stylish 3-bedroom 3-bathroom, modern townhome with a private dip pool and a balcony. Located on a small and peaceful community with a clubhouse, communal pool and games room and just 10 miles to Disney World.

It features a private dip pool with conservation views (no rear neighbors), a large balcony, 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and Smart TVs, plus a spacious, open-plan layout.

The pool has a seating bench and can be heated (optional extra). A pool security fence is also provided for families with small children.
On the upper level you will find a laundry closet with a washer, dryer plus ironing equipment. This property has air conditioning throughout, Wifi and free local calls. There is also complimentary use of a high chair and travel cot (pack and play).
There is an assigned parking space in front of the property. An additional vehicle can park in any unnumbered space.
