Enter the home and you will find one attractive queen bedroom and one beautiful twin bedroom, both with flat screen TVs. Opposite is a family bathroom with a shower, granite counters, WC and twin sinks.
Continue through to the spacious living area with a stylish formal dining area, an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar and an attractive family room with a large L-shaped sofa, two chairs, a large flat screen TV and a ceiling fan.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for at-home dining including a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, dishes, pots and pans etc. The kitchen has granite counters and a breakfast bar with stools.

This beautiful home is an easy walk - just 300 meters - to the resort’s clubhouse which includes an amazing resort-style swimming pool, loungers and seating areas, a kids’ pool, a gym, an arcade and games room with table tennis and pool table, a convenience store and coffee shop, 50-seat cinema with daily show times, tennis court and a kids’ play area.
The property includes a pack & play and a highchair for babies. It has air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, free Wifi and a laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. There is an allocated parking space in front of the home. Additional cars can park in any unnumbered spaces.
