This luxury detached pool home has been decorated to an exceptional standard throughout and offers 3 living spaces, 6 bedrooms all with flat screen TVs, 5 bathrooms and a spacious pool deck with private pool and spa and a stylish games room offering Air Hockey, pool table plus a full size tabkle tennis top to go on the pool table.
Enter the home and you will find a den with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. Step through to the open-plan living space featuring sofas, a large flat screen TV and views out to the beautiful private pool deck with pool and spa and no rear neighbours.
The stylish kitchen is fully equipped for at-home dining including oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender etc.
There is a breakfast bar with stools and a formal dining area to seat 8 with sliding doors out to the pool deck.
Also on the ground floor you will find two beautifully decorated bedrooms – a queen room and a twin room – with shared access to a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower.
