This fantastic 3-bed/2-bath single-storey linked home boasts a full-size west-facing private pool (no rear neighbors!). It is situated on the popular gated Tuscan Hills community, complete with tennis courts, volleyball, gym and a clubhouse. This home is also conveniently located for a variety of restaurants and shops and is just 8 miles from Disney!
This home has been restyled in April 2018 and offers 3 stylish bedrooms – a king room, a queen room and a twin room – as well as two bathrooms, an open-plan living space and a spacious pool deck with a large west-facing private pool. It sleeps 6 people plus a baby.
Enter the attractive open-plan living space that features a family room with laminate floors, sofas, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and sliding doors out to the pool deck. The kitchen has granite tops and comes with everything you need for at-home dining including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, crockery etc.
The formal dining area seats six with views over the beautiful private pool. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with stools.
Step through to the stylish master bedroom suite with a king bed (brand new in April 2018), a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and an en suite with shower, twin sinks, granite tops and a WC.
Bedroom 2 is an attractive queen room with flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a flat screen TV. Located between bedrooms 2 and 3 is the family bathroom with a bath/shower, WC and granite tops.
After a long day visiting the Orlando attractions, you will love heading home to your private full-sized, west-facing pool! The screened-in pool deck has no rear neighbors. It also has a table and chairs set for 6 for outdoor dining plus three sun loungers.
The pool can be heated (optional extra) and a pool security fence is provided for families with small children. A bbq/gas grill can be hired at an additional cost.
At the front of this single-storey home is a private paved driveway with parking for two cars. The home has a laundry area with a washer, dryer and ironing equipment. It has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and free local calls. There is also complimentary use of a high chair and travel cot (pack and play).
