This fantastic 3-bed/2-bath single-level linked home boasts a full-size west-facing private pool (no rear neighbors!) plus a games room with table football, air hockey and a retro arcade game with four games. It is situated on the popular gated Tuscan Hills community, complete with tennis, volleyball, gym and a clubhouse. This home is also conveniently located for a variety of restaurants and shops and is just 8 miles from Disney!
This home has been recently restyled throughout and offers 3 stylish bedrooms – a king room, a queen room and a beach-themed twin room – as well as two bathrooms, an open-plan living space and a spacious pool deck with a large west-facing private pool and a fun games room. The formal dining area seats six with views over the beautiful private pool. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with stools.
Step through to the stylish master bedroom suite with a king bed, a Smart TV, ceiling fan and an en suite with shower, twin sinks, granite tops and a WC.
Bedroom 2 is an attractive queen room with Smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a beach theme with twin beds and a Smart TV. Located between bedrooms 2 and 3 is the family bathroom with a bath/shower, WC and granite tops.
After a long day visiting the Orlando attractions, you will love heading home to your private full-sized, west-facing pool! The screened-in pool deck has no rear neighbors. It also has a table and chairs set for 6 for outdoor dining plus sun loungers.
The garage has been converted into a games room complete with air hockey, table football and a retro arcade game with four games.
The pool can be heated (pre-bookable optional extra) and a pool security fence is provided for families with small children.
At the front of this single-level home is a private paved driveway with parking for two cars. The home has a laundry area with a washer, dryer and ironing equipment. It has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and free local calls. There is also complimentary use of a highchair and travel cot (pack and play).
