Welcome to Serenity, a beautiful community only 10 miles to Disney World! This stunning townhome has a superb, modern décor throughout, a private south-facing dip pool with water/conservation views and is located just one home away from the clubhouse and resort pool! This home also offers a large balcony, 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and a stylish, open-plan layout.
The home has a beautiful open-plan living area with an L-shaped sofa, a large flat screen TV, DVD player and sliding doors out to the pool terrace.
The ultra-modern open-plan kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast area with bar stools. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.

After a long day at the attractions, you will love heading home to enjoy your own private splash pool! The screened-in pool deck has conservation views. It is equipped with a stylish table and chairs set for outdoor dining plus two sun loungers.
The pool has a seating bench and a pool security fence is also provided for families with small children.
On the upper level you will find a laundry closet with a washer, dryer plus ironing equipment. This property has air conditioning throughout, Wifi and free local calls. There is also complimentary use of a highchair and travel cot (pack and play). There is an assigned parking space in front of the property, plus you can park in any unnumbered space.
