This stylish ground floor apartment has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area, a modern fully-equipped kitchen and an arched patio area with outdoor seating.
Enter the property and on your left is the fully-equipped kitchen with granite tops and a breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you need to dine at home including oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster etc. The breakfast bar has two stools for casual dining.
The main living space comprises of a formal dining area that seats four and opens out to the large living room with a door leading out to the patio.
The living area has a large flat screen SMART TV with DVD player, a three-seater sofa (a sofabed), armchair and a door leading out to the patio. The patio has outdoor seating, plus there are two comfortable deckchairs available.
The large master bedroom suite has a king size bed, large flat screen smart TV and a door giving direct access out to the patio. It also has a spacious and luxurious en suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
The second bedroom is at the front of the property and has a queen-sized bed and a large flat screen smart TV. Right next door is the second bathroom with a bath/shower.
This beautiful apartment is air conditioned throughout and also has ceiling fans. It has WiFi, free local calls, a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a travel cot (pack and play) and a high chair for families with a baby. There is also plenty of free parking outside the apartment.
The beautiful Bella Piazza resort has two main pools with sun loungers plus a children's pool with fun water jets. The resort also offers a fitness center, games room and a clubhouse with an attractive covered outdoor seating area. You are also free to use the bbq grills that are located around the resort.
Please note, for larger family groups looking to holiday together, we have a number of condos available on Bella Piazza ranging from 2-4 bedrooms. We also offer the 4-bedroom condo right next door to this property - perfect for family groups wanting to be close together while enjoying their own space.
