Just minutes from Disney World is Bella Piazza, a luxury Mediterranean-style holiday resort with two large communal pools, a clubhouse, a gym, games room and attractive outdoor seating areas. The resort is also walking distance to restaurants, bars and amenities.
This spacious condo is located on the third floor (building has an elevator) and has a south-facing balcony that overlooks the pool area. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and TV in all rooms.
The spacious living room has 2 seperate sofas to watch the large smart TV with cable. The living room has access out to the south-facing balcony with seating and views over the pool area.
The attractive kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped with everything you need – dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster etc. There is a breakfast area with two stools. In front of the open-plan kitchen is the formal dining area.
All 3 bedrooms have TVs. The master suite has a king bed, a 37” HD TV, direct access to the balcony and a stylish en-suite bathroom with an oval-shaped bath, a separate shower, twin sinks, granite tops and a toilet.
The second bedroom is a queen with en suite and the third bedroom is a twin room with a family bathroom next door.
There is a washer, dryer and ironing equipment. This property has air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wifi, free local calls, a pack and play and a high chair.
There is plenty of free parking outside the condo.
FOR STAYS LESS THAN 6 NIGHTS THERE IS A CLEANING FEE. CLEANING IS INCLUDED FOR STAYS OF 6 NIGHTS AND MORE.

This beautiful resort has two main pools and a children's pool surrounded with sun loungers.
This resort also offers a fitness center, games room, internet cafe and clubhouse with covered outdoor seating. You are free to use the grills that are located in several places around the resort.
The resort is located right next to the Berry Town Center shopping complex on US Highway 27. You are walking distance to a Publix supermarket, restaurants, bars, a gas station and ATM. Disney World is less than 15 minutes’ drive and Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes away.
