This stylish and spacious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom condo has been repainted and restyled with contemporary new furnishings in April 2021. Situated on the top floor (the three-storey building has an elevator) this apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a south-facing balcony with views over a pond with fountain. It is located on Bella Piazza in Davenport, a luxury Mediterranean-style holiday resort with two large communal pools, a kids' pool, clubhouse, a gym, games room and attractive outdoor seating areas. The resort is also walking distance to restaurants, bars and a Publix supermarket.
The stylish open-plan living space includes a spacious lounge and a formal dining area to seat 6. The lounge has a new L-shaped sofa, a large flat screen TV with DVD player and access out to the balcony with seating and south-facing views.
The formal dining area is next to the kitchen and seats six people.
The attractive kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped with everything you need to dine at home – dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster etc. There is also a breakfast area with stools.
The beautiful master suite has a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and direct access out to the balcony and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a bath, a separate shower, twin sinks and granite tops.
The stylish second bedroom has a queen bed, a Smart flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with bath/shower.
Bedroom 3 is a spacious twin room with an attractive beach theme, a flat screen Smart TV and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4 is a twin room with a cool Superhero theme, flat screen Smart and a ceiling fan.
There is a family bathroom right next door to bedrooms 3 and 4 with bath/shower.
The apartment also has a laundry closet with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. It has air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, free Wifi, free local calls, a travel cot (pack and play) and a highchair.
The Bella Piazza resort has two main pools, plus a children's pool, surrounded with sun loungers. There is also a gym, games room and a clubhouse with an attractive covered outdoor seating area. You are free to use the bbq grills that are located around the grounds of the resort. There is also plenty of free parking outside the condo.
