This attractive 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom end-of-row townhome is located on the popular Regal Palms Resort that boasts a lazy river, resort-style pool and gym. This spacious home comfortably accommodates 8 people plus a baby and has 4 bedrooms (including 1 King master suite & 1 queen suite), 3.5 bathrooms and a south-facing patio plus balcony.

The open-plan living space has a lounge and dining area. The lounge has two leather sofas, a large flat screen TV, a ceiling fan and sliding doors out to the south-facing terrace. The dining area has a table and chairs set for six.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, utensils, crockery etc. There is also a small table to seat two.

Also on the lower level is a large and attractive master bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom with a bath/shower and WC.

Upstairs you will find a comfortable and spacious master bedroom with a king bed, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and sliding doors leading out to the large private balcony. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a bath/shower.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are attractive twin rooms. Both rooms have TVs and ceiling fans. There is a third family bathroom with a bath/shower.

There is also a laundry cupboard with a washer, dryer and ironing equipment. There is also an additional half bathroom/WC on the lower floor.

This property has a private double driveway, air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, free Wifi and complimentary use of a pack and play (travel cot) and a high chair for babies.

THERE IS A MANDATORY RESORT FEE OF $15 PER DAY PER PROPERTY FOR ACCESSS TO THE RESPRT FACILITIES. TO BE PAID AT THE RESORT ON ARRIVAL.

Regal Palms Resort
Situated on the US Highway 27, Regal Palms is a very popular gated vacation resort close to Disney. It features a 2.5 acre tropical and exotic pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, hot tub,, waterfalls and a water slide.

There is also a clubhouse that features a Tiki Bar, games room, gym and spa with sauna, steam, whirpool as well as treatments on offer.
Please note, the Regal Palms Resort charges a compulsory $14.50 fee per day, per property for use of the onsite facilities. This is payable upon arrival at the resort.

Regal Palms is an easy walk from the Berry Town Center complex, offering a Publix supermarket, Applebees, Ihop, Chinese takeout, pizza plus other bar and restaurant options. It’s the perfect location for an evening out after a day at the Parks without having to get in your car! Orlando airport is also just 30 minutes away.
